Office and retail
Task: We oversaw the Mayfarth Quartier construction project, an office, residential and commercial building, as part of an exclusive letting mandate. Even before the start of construction, we were involved in the process and the development of the commercial and residential space. We were also able to convince well-known companies such as Penta Hotels Group, SinnerSchrader AG, Arup Ingenieure and fit7eleven of the location and quality of the building.
Result: The Mayfarth Quartier is fully let only 12 months after completion. The client and building owner is a well-known Germany family office.

Task: Sale of a portfolio comprising 10 logistics properties in Germany. Exclusive sales mandate, data room and process management as well as final negotiations.
Result: The transaction was executed in two different structures. Seven properties were sold in an asset deal and three in option structures.

Task: A Netherlands-based non-food discounter was seeking its first central warehouse in Germany as part of an aggressive expansion strategy.
Result: We successfully negotiated the letting of a property to ACTION Deutschland. The landlord is Dietz AG.

Sales project in Baden Württemberg
Task: Advising the owner and pricing the property in line with the market as well as conducting lease contract negotiations with users for the property.
Result: Coordination of the entire sales process. Partial letting of the property and subsequent sale.

Task: Selecting and contacting potential financiers, accompanying the client at management meetings and site visits, supervision of the due diligence providers, auditors and solicitors, negotiations with financiers up to the submission of tender, assistance during the documentation phase, post-closing management (support with the further gradual restocking of the economic equity capital).
Result: Advising on the refinancing of the outstanding debt amounting to €180 million by a well-known German bank.

Portfolio of 12 retirement homes with inpatient nursing care and assisted living, owned by the TREUCON Group in Berlin
Task: The TREUCON Group in Berlin commissioned NAI apollo healthcare with the task of determining fair rental levels. We are assisting the Berlin--based TREUCON Group with its strategic management.
Result: Based on our data-driven analysis, we created in-depth competitor comparisons and determined the fair rental level. The rental shortfalls or overpayments (overrent / underrent) could be presented in a transparent way.

Einsteinring office park
Task: The owner commissioned us with the asset management and transaction management of the property. Furthermore, we were responsible for lettings management.
Project: We developed a property web site and related lettings brochures for the lettings management. We reduced the existing vacancies through the letting of an approx. 6,850-sqm space, oversaw extensive tenant improvements and subsequently sold the asset.

Property management of an office building
Task: We were mandated by the client both for the general management of the building as well as the supervision of repair and tenant improvement measures.
Result: We oversaw diverse building measures in the area of fire protection and significantly increased tenant satisfaction during the management period.

Conversion of a warehouse
Task: Conversion of an unheated building into a heated hall, including extension.
Result: Turnkey construction for a fixed price, expansion in ongoing production operations. Completion within the tight schedule while keeping within budget.
