Anadolu Meat & Food GmbH expands in Hanau NAI apollo group procures production and office space for wholesaler

Frankfurt am Main, 27.01.2017 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy network NAI apollo group assisted Anadolu Meat & Food GmbH in securing new commercial premises at 70, Moselstraße in Hanau. The meat wholesaler has leased 1,350 sqm of production space and a 350-sqm office unit from a private owner as part of its expansion strategy.

The Erich Zeiss butchery previously used the same production and storage space for meat processing and as its office premises. The actual building is a multi-tenant property with a mix of different occupants, including a haulage firm, a bicycle wholesaler and a mechanical engineering company. The property is situated in the Hanau-North industrial zone and is therefore conveniently located close to the "Hanauer Kreuz" junction with access to the A66 motorway.
