Beirut Brot relocates to Maintal - NAI apollo group acts as agent for industrial bakery

Frankfurt am Main, 23.03.2017 – NAI apollo group, the owner-managed property consultancy network, recently negotiated a lease contract on behalf of an industrial bakery for a warehouse, production and retail unit encompassing a total floor space of almost 1,800 sqm. Beirut Brot Vertriebs GmbH is expanding its operations and plans to move into the new facility at 13 Honeywellstraße during February 2017. The bakery specialises in the production of Lebanese flat bread and is currently based in Langenfeld.

The new premises are located between Frankfurt am Main and Hanau and are conveniently situated for the efficient transport of products by road with access to the A66 motorway. The "Ostbahnhof" (railway station) in Maintal is also only a few kilometres away. The building has a total rental area of 3,800 sqm and is currently fully let.
