Electronic components from Rhine-Main - NAI apollo group hails agency success in Neu-Isenburg

Frankfurt am Main, 31.01.2017 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy network NAI apollo group has successfully completed another property deal in Neu-Isenburg in the German state of Hesse. The agency advised on the sale of an approximately 11,000-sqm facility at 65 Dornhofstraße to Chip 1 Exchange GmbH, which is a globally active vendor of electronic components. The acquisition of the new premises will enable the company to merge its formerly separate sites in Langen und Neu-Isenburg into a single location.

The property is situated in the Neu-Isenburg West commercial zone and largely comprises a 7,000-sqm warehouse as well as around 1,000 sqm of office space. This sale also represents NAI apollo group's second real estate deal at this location in recent weeks: the agency negotiated the transaction for the premises at 30 Dornhofstraße.

Several major companies including Pepsi-Cola GmbH and Lufthansa Service GmbH have established their headquarters in Neu-Isenburg, which is a medium-sized town in the Offenbach district. Thus industrial estates in the region already benefit from good public transport connections to all destinations. Frankfurt am Main can be reached in just 15 minutes by train (S-Bahn), for example.
