Frankfurt: NAI apollo Group brokers sale of hall facility

Frankfurt am Main, 31.03.2017 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy network NAI apollo group has arranged the sale of a 2,200-sqm hangar in Frankfurt am Main to a private investor for approximately €1.1 million. The current occupant of the building is a climbing and bouldering centre under a long-term tenancy agreement.

The former storage and production facility is situated at 45 Flinschstraße in Frankfurt's Seckbach neighbourhood. Various subway stations are only a few minutes away on foot and provide quick and easy access to central Frankfurt as well as the city's main railway station. The property also offers direct access to the A66 and A661 motorways.
