Munich: NAI apollo group lets office space to Hounyo

Frankfurt am Main, 03.05.2017 - Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo real estate Munich – partner of the NAI apollo group – has arranged the letting of a 420-sqm office unit in the Haar municipality to Hounyo GmbH. The commodity trader will move into its new premises during the summer of 2017. The landlord of the property on Hans-Pinsel-Straße is Cells Property Investors, which handled the negotiations on behalf of a private investor. Steffen Hecht, consultant at NAI apollo real estate, advised on the transaction.

Hounyo is a production and distribution company for food and agricultural produce and has been selling products such as spices, oils and dried fruit from Africa for more than 15 years. The company is leasing the unit in the multi-tenant office property to support its expansion strategy, combined with the desire to secure prestigious office premises. The new location is close to the A99 motorway, while the centre of the Bavarian capital Munich is only 30 minutes away by car.

The law firm Dr. Franke, Necker, Britsch LL.M. & Wolfsteiner provided legal advice to Hounyo GmbH in conjunction with the lease contract.
