Munich’s Viktualienmarkt: NAI apollo negotiates fitness studio lease

Munich, 26.04.2018 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – negotiated the lease of a 700-sqm commercial unit situated opposite the Viktualienmarkt (central food market) in Munich for the fitness studio chain PRIME TIME FITNESS GmbH. The company’s new fitness studio will open for business in autumn 2018. The privately owned property is a listed residential and commercial building constructed in 1908.

The premises at 10-12, Frauenstraße will become the second PRIME TIME FITNESS studio in Munich, with another branch already situated at 25, Leopoldstraße. NAI apollo will also advise PRIME TIME FITNESS on its future expansion plans in the Bavarian capital. The new studio is located in the most densely populated residential area of Munich between the old town and the Glockenbach district, and is close to numerous retail outlets, bars and restaurants. Public transport connections via Marienplatz and Isartor are also only a short walk away.

The letting is the second in this building to have been successfully negotiated by the NAI apollo branch in Munich. The real estate consultancy has already arranged the lease of a showroom with adjoining store and office space on Frauenstraße for a sporting goods manufacturer.
