NAI apollo brokers 5,100 square metres of warehouse and office space in Offenbach

Frankfurt am Main, 14 January – Menicon GmbH, a Japanese contact lens manufacturer, is leasing around 3,500 square metres of warehouse and logistics space as well as 1,600 square metres of office space at Heinrich-Krumm-Straße 1-3 in Offenbach. The lessor of both spaces is a private investor. In future, Menicon will manage its entire European logistics operation from the new location. A 1,900 sqm expansion of the hall space is also being constructed on the property for the lessee. NAI apollo provided support to the both the lessee and the owner during the transaction.
