NAI apollo brokers sale of office and industrial building in Hanau

Frankfurt am Main, 30.01.2018 – NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – was responsible for brokering the sale of an office and industrial building in Hanau near Frankfurt am Main. The property has a total usable area of 2,500 sqm. NAI apollo advised the buyer and seller during the transaction, and both are private investors. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The building at 9, Donaustraße houses a metal workshop as well as office and storage spaces and is fully let to AQA, the non-profit company for jobs, qualifications and training for the Main-Kinzig district. The 4,300-sqm plot is situated in the north Hanau industrial zone that is primarily used by service providers, car dealerships, freight forwarding companies, wholesalers and large retailers. The industrial zone has a direct link to the A66 (Frankfurt – Fulda) and A45 (Dortmund – Aschaffenburg) motorways and is also connected to three different railway lines within a 5km radius via the north Hanau, west Hanau and central Hanau railway stations.
