NAI apollo brokers warehouse and office space in Altenstadt

Frankfurt am Main, 19 November 2019 – NAI apollo has brokered around 2,400 square metres of warehouse space and 500 square metres of office space at Carl-Benz-Straße 3 in Altenstadt to TEKO Gesellschaft für Kältetechnik mbH. The seller of the space, situated in two buildings, is a private individual. By purchasing the facilities, the new owner is expanding its existing space in the immediate vicinity of the property. NAI apollo provided support to the both the buyer and the seller during the transaction.
