NAI apollo expands investment and asset management

Frankfurt am Main, 3 March 2020 – NAI apollo is expanding its activities as an operating partner in investment and asset management for national and international investors. In apollo real estate management GmbH, the Group structures investments for national and international family offices, high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. NAI apollo also provides its customers with comprehensive asset management services during the management phase. To do this, Guido Spahn (50) has now joined the Group as Head of Asset Management. At the same time, Andreas Wende has taken over from Andreas Krone as Managing Partner of apollo real estate management GmbH.

“Investment and asset management have been an integral part of our Group’s holistic strategy for many years now. We are seeing high growth in customer demand for yield optimisation in extremely tight markets. We want to broaden our position even further here,” explains Andreas Wende, Managing Partner of NAI apollo. Since 2018, the company has already provided investment advisory services covering a transaction volume of almost €300 million, alongside €110 million as an investment manager. Furthermore, NAI apollo manages real estate assets of more than €200 million.

“As a strong partner, we support our customers’ expansion strategies with holistic investment and asset management services. Investments in individual properties or portfolios are structured and implemented as separate accounts or club deals, depending on the individual preferences and requirements of our clients. In asset management, we also optimise the yield structures of the respective properties through active rent management and by acquiring additional yield potential,” explains Guido Spahn, Head of Asset Management at NAI apollo.
