NAI apollo group finds temporary home for the Evangelical Regional Association

Frankfurt am Main, 16.02.2017 – NAI apollo group, the owner-managed real estate consultancy network, has negotiated the lease contract for a 1,000-sqm office unit in Frankfurt's Merton neighbourhood with the Evangelischen Regionalverband Frankfurt a. M. (Evangelical Regional Association). The landlord is Trinkhaus Europa Immobilien-Fonds Nr. 7.

The property at 17, Olof-Palme-Straße will serve as a temporary base for the association's advisory centre from March 2017 while its current premises are being renovated. The existing centre at a Frankfurt location called "Am Weißen Stein" is out of commission until the end of 2018.

The Merton neighbourhood in the Niederursel district counts as one of the largest business centres in Frankfurt with total gross floor space of approximately 380,000 sqm. As well as modern office buildings, the neighbourhood also boasts a wide range of shopping facilities and a variety of cafes and restaurants. In terms of access, it is conveniently located with direct links to the A661 motorway and Frankfurt Northwest junction. Public transport connections include three subway lines and several bus routes serving the entire district.
