NAI apollo group Frankfurt & IMMORAUM Stuttgart join forces for letting in Tübingen-Reutlingen technology park

Frankfurt am Main, 02.02.2017 – The owner-managed real estate consultancy network NAI apollo group collaborated with Stuttgart-based property services provider Immoraum Real Estate Advisors within the framework of a tenant representation mandate on the negotiation of a lease contract for an approximately 1,150-sqm office space in Tübingen-Reutlingen. euromicron Deutschland GmbH is relocating from Pfullinger to the technology park in Tübingen-Reutlingen, where it will take up residence in the new GK-13 building at 13, Gerhard-Kindler-Straße. The landlord of the property, which was completed in 2016, is Technologiepark Tübingen-Reutlingen GmbH.
