NAI apollo group Munich achieves agency success in Unterföhring

Frankfurt am Main, 08.02.2017 – NAI apollo group, the owner-managed real estate consultancy network, recently advised on the letting of a 320-sqm office unit in Unterföhring to Minnt GmbH. The start-up company, which specialises in the development of sales applications, moved into the new premises in January 2017. The landlord of the building is a Luxembourg-based property firm that is represented locally by owner-managed real estate company Elystan Capital Partners.

"This new contract signing is a further sign of Munich's growing appeal to an increasing number of start-ups. After Berlin, the city is the second-largest hub for young entrepreneurs in Germany. In contrast to the more established players, start-ups also tend to favour flexible lease contracts," said Steffen Hecht, the NAI apollo group Munich consultant who was responsible for brokering the transaction.

The property is located at 10/12, Feringastraße in Unterföhring, a municipality that lies adjacent to the northeast side of Munich. It is conveniently located near local and long-distance public transport links due to its close proximity to the centre of the Bavarian capital. Line 8 of the regional "S-Bahn" railway provides a fast and direct service to Munich's central station and airport. The municipality also benefits from direct links to the A9 and A99 motorways.
