NAI apollo group negotiates sale to Professional Sound Service GmbH

Frankfurt am Main, 05.01.2017 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy network NAI apollo group advised on the sale of a 4,100-sqm commercial building in Hanau to Professional Sound Service GmbH. The event technology specialist acquired the new property as part of its business expansion strategy.

The building at 56-58 Moselstraße in Hanau North provides a total usable area of at least 3,100 sqm, which is divided into storage, office and residential space. The warehouse accounts for about 2,400 sqm of the overall area, while the office unit is 530 sqm in size. A single-storey residential unit also offers around 160 sqm of living space.

The property is conveniently located in Hanau's commercial district, ensuring quick and easy access to Germany's long-distance road network via the A45 and A66 motorways. The Frankfurt am Main central railway station is also only 30 minutes away by train (S-Bahn) and the Hanau North regional railway station is just a short journey by car.
