NAI apollo group secures eismann as new tenant for logistics property in Griesheim

Frankfurt am Main, 21.04.2017 – NAI apollo group, the owner-managed real estate consultancy network, advised eismann Tiefkühl-Heimservice GmbH on the leasing of a 1,250-sqm warehouse, cold storage and office premises in Griesheim near Darmstadt. The new tenant is a frozen goods specialist and the landlord is Gewerbepark Kirschberg GbR.

The new, optimised facility at 2, Daniel-Müller-Str. in Griesheim, is conveniently located close to the A5 and A67 motorways and is used by eismann as a delivery centre for the Rhine-Main region since 1st March 2017. The property has a mix of tenants: while eismann mostly occupies space on the ground floor, different types of users are located on the upper floor including a creative agency.
