NAI apollo hires three employees to strengthen investment unit

Frankfurt am Main, 10.04.2018 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – has appointed three new team members to its investment division with effect from 1 April 2018. Sven Tilse (Principal Consultant), Tobias Kern (Consultant) and Andreas Hamm (Sales Coordinator) will support the expansion of the company's investment business from its headquarters in Frankfurt.

Sven Tilse (37) has been Head of Business Development & Investment at WIORA Immobilien since 2016. Here, he was responsible for the expansion of the sales structure, the investment brokerage and consultancy in project developments for residential purposes as well as for student housing and senior living. Between 2014 and 2016, the trained real estate agent and prospective real-estate economist(IREBS) was involved in the acquisition and sale of properties at the Frankfurt branch of AENGEVELT Immobilien.

Tobias Kern (34) recently acted as an independent management consultant for the care and nursing services provider Xilium as well as the mergers and acquisitions consultancy Falkensteg. Before that he was employed by Hudson Advisors   as an Associate Real Estate Underwriting. He already has previous experience of working with NAI apollo as he was employed in the company's corporate finance division between 2013 and 2015.

Andreas Hamm (28) begins his professional career as a Sales Coordinator at NAI apollo. He brings to the investment team a master's degree in real estate management from the University of Applied Sciences in Aschaffenburg and experience from several internships in the real estate sector, predominantly in the retail investment team of Cushman & Wakefield.

Lenny Lemler, Director of Investment at NAI apollo, said: "We have successfully negotiated several large transactions in recent months and still see great potential especially in the Frankfurt market. Our ambition is to further expand our investment business with a very good mix of experienced and dynamic individuals." In the past nine months, the NAI apollo investment team has supported ten major transactions with a total volume of about €600 million in the Rhine-Main region alone.
