NAI apollo real estate advises on 2,700-sqm of office rentals in Rhine-Main region
Frankfurt am Main, 26.05.2017 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – advised on the letting of around 2,700 sqm of office rental space in a total of seven locations, with around 2,100 sqm falling within the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area.
The largest individual contract concerns a revitalised office building at 43, Savignystraße, where SBS Eco Clean GmbH leased 700 sqm for its new headquarters. EKSA-Trade leased 600 sqm of office and storage space in Rodgau-Weißkirchen. The wholesale company for toys as well as electronics and household appliances is moving to 7, Boschstraße and is opening its second branch in addition to its existing headquarters in Neu-Isenburg.
Radomir Vasilijevic, Head of Office and Retail Letting at NAI apollo real estate, said: "The Frankfurt office lettings market has made a very strong start to the current year. As expected, the robust economy continues to support a high level of demand. Prospective tenants are not only interested in central Frankfurt locations but are also looking to rent in well-developed sites within the Rhine-Main area."
NAI apollo real estate also advised on an office space letting at 12, Lyoner Straße in the Niederrad district of Frankfurt where a financial institute is opening a new branch with a floorspace of 350 sqm. In addition, the Persona Service AG recruitment agency is moving into a 260-sqm space at 10, Justinuskirchstraße. Property company Schmidt Project Solutions has rented a 350-sqm space at 340 Hanauer Landstraße, and Arminius Kapitalgesellschaft is taking on 320 sqm at 56, Bethmannstraße. Furthermore, new tenant Waxing Studio an der Hauptwache is moving into a 120-sqm space at 3, Schillerstraße.
