NAI apollo secures lease renewal with building services wholesaler in Dietzenbach

Frankfurt am Main, 17.04.2018 – Richter + Frenzel GmbH + Co. KG, one of the leading wholesalers inthe sanitary, building services and civil engineering product segments, has extended its lease contract for premises at 7-9, Robert-Bosch-Straße in Dietzenbach by a further 15 years. The asset management division of owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of NAI apollo group – was responsible for brokering the extension of the contract for the space, which comprises about 1,200-sqm of storage and approx. 200-sqm of office space. In addition, a new commercial hall with approx. 930 sqm is being constructed on the site under the overall direction of apollo real estate management GmbH. Once completed, the new building will be used as a show room by Richter+Frenzel.

The property, which provides a total rental area of about 15,200 sqm, and the new 930-sqm building are situated in the Dietzenbach Steinberg industrial zone. Frankfurt Airport is only around 15 minutes away by car while connections to the Offenbach, Frankfurt and Hanau motorway intersection can be reached within a few minutes.
