Frankfurt am Main, 13.11.2017 – In the period from July to September 2017, the market for warehouse and logistics space in the Rhine-Main region performed broadly in line with the previous quarter. Space take-up by tenants and owner-occupiers amounted to about 214,000 sqm in the last three months and represents one of the best quarterly results since owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – began compiling data. Total space take-up in the first nine months of 2017 amounted to about 583,000 sqm – some 68,000 sqm more than in the corresponding period of the previous year.
Frankfurt am Main, 17.10.2017 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – arranged the letting of around 4,600 sqm in Mörfelden-Walldorf to WEMO-tec GmbH. A paved open area accounts for almost 3,700 sqm of this space, while the contract also includes a 525 sqm warehouse and a 370 sqm office building. WEMO-tec GmbH is leasing the property at 79-87 Nordendstraße to support its business expansion, and moved into the new premises at the beginning of September. The landlord is the property agent A.I.S. Airport Immobilien Services GmbH & Co. KG.
Frankfurt am Main, 04.10.2017 – In the third quarter of 2017, the Frankfurt market for office space lettings including Eschborn and Offenbach-Kaiserlei was able to continue the very positive development of the previous two quarters, according to the latest analysis by owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group. The period from July to September 2017 represented the strongest third quarter of the past ten years, with space take-up by tenants and owner-occupiers of 183,900 sqm. This also represented a year-on-year increase of 45.1 % or 57,200 sqm. Space take-up for the first nine months of 2017 amounted to 432,200 sqm, which exceeded the previous year's level by around a quarter.
Frankfurt am Main, 04.09.2017 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – recently supervised the acquisition of a mixed-use commercial property with storage and office space by ATALANTA Investments & Development GmbH. The respective building is situated at 16, Hans-Böckler-Strasse, and covers a total rental area of about 3,500 sqm. ATALANTA was founded in 2013 and invests primarily in commercial real estate, project developments on listed premises and shares in IT companies in areas including the Rheine-Neckar region, Frankfurt am Main, Darmstadt, Stuttgart and around Weinheim. The seller of the building in Neu-Isenburg is an institutional investor.
Frankfurt am Main, 15.08.2017 – Andreas Wende (MRICS) is taking over the position of COO (Chief Operating Officer) at NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – and will also become a partner of the owner-managed company. The 53-year old business administration graduate will stand aside CEO Andreas Krone and former COO Dr Marcel Crommen in his new position. Crommen is taking over the role of CIO (Chief Investment Officer) and will be responsible for the strategic development of the owner-managed real estate consultancy, particularly in the investment field.

Frankfurt am Main, 11.07.2017 – According to the latest analysis by owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo real estate – a partner of the NAI apollo group – the market for logistics and warehouse space in the Rhine-Main area achieved an outstanding result in the April-June period after a somewhat moderate start to the year. "Space take-up by tenants and owner-occupiers of about 255,000 sqm in the second quarter of 2017 represents the best quarterly result we have seen since we first started to collect data," said Dr. Konrad Kanzler, Head of Research at the NAI apollo group. For the first half of 2017, the total volume amounted to 369,000 sqm and was 8.7 % below the previous year's level (H1 2016: 404,000 sqm).
Frankfurt am Main, 06.07.2017 – According to the latest analysis by owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo real estate – a partner of the NAI apollo group – the market for residential portfolio transactions in Germany appeared more subdued in the second quarter of 2017, with a transaction volume of €2.4 billion. The total volume in the first half of the year amounted to approximately €6.1 billion. This represents an increase of 32.6 % compared to the first half of the previous year (H1 2016: €4.6 billion). However, it still lies far short of the record half-year volume of €17.2 billion achieved in 2015.
Frankfurt am Main, Laatzen 04.07.2017 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo real estate from Frankfurt arranged the letting of an 8,000 sqm logistics space in Sarstedt to lighting manufacturer LUNUX from Laatzen. LUNUX, which provides professional lighting systems, is expanding its operations and required additional storage facilities for lighting solutions produced at its site in Germany.
Frankfurt am Main, 03.07.2017 – The Frankfurt market for office space lettings, including Eschborn and Offenbach-Kaiserlei, maintained its positive take-up performance in the second quarter of 2017 after its previous strong start to the year. This was revealed by the latest study conducted by real estate consultancy NAI apollo real estate - a partner of the NAI apollo group. From April to June, space take-up by tenants and owner-occupiers reached 123,800 sqm and thus exceeded the year-ago level by 22.8 %. "In the first half of 2017, space take-up amounted to 248,300 sqm in total. This not only surpassed the same period of 2016 by 12.6 %, but also beat the average for the last 10 years by 15.7 %," said Radomir Vasilijevic, Head of Office & Retail Letting at NAI apollo real estate.
