Frankfurt am Main, 12.05.2017 – The owner-managed real estate consultancy network NAI apollo group recently hosted the Soccer Cup for what is now the 11th time. More than 420 spectators and players made their way to the training ground of the Eintracht Frankfurt football club in the Riederwald district - marking a new record number. A further major success was that €6,400 was raised in donations for the ‘Internationales Kinderhaus' — a recreational facility for children that is run by the Evangelischer Verein für Jugendsozialarbeit (Evangelical Association for Youth Social Work) in Frankfurt am Main. The proceeds will be spent on new kitchen furniture in the childcare centre.
Frankfurt am Main, 03.05.2017 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo real estate Munich – partner of the NAI apollo group – has arranged the letting of a 420-sqm office unit in the Haar municipality to Hounyo GmbH. The commodity trader will move into its new premises during the summer of 2017. The landlord of the property on Hans-Pinsel-Straße is Cells Property Investors, which handled the negotiations on behalf of a private investor. Frankfurt am Main, 28.04.2017 – According to an analysis by owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo real estate — partner of the NAI apollo group — the market for logistics and warehouse space in the Rhine-Main region started 2017 with a moderate result. Take-up by owner-occupiers and tenants reached around 115,000 sqm. This represents an almost 42 % decrease from the previous year and is also 3,000 sqm below the level from the previous quarter (Q4: 118,000 sqm).

Frankfurt am Main, 12.04.2017 – According to a study by owner-managed real estate consultancy firm NAI apollo real estate – a partner of the NAI apollo group – the market for residential portfolio transactions in Germany made a better start to 2017 compared with 2016, with sales reaching around €3.7 billion (Q1 2016: €2.2 billion). "Thus the transaction volume was 70 % above the previous year's level, but was still well below the €10.8 billion achieved in the first quarter of 2015," explained Dr Konrad Kanzler, Head of Research at NAI apollo real estate.
Frankfurt am Main, 11.04.2017 – The Frankfurt market for office space including Eschborn and Offenbach-Kaiserlei experienced brisk lettings activity in the first quarter of 2017, reflected by a significant increase in the number of deals. This is according to the latest market analysis conducted by property consultancy network NAI apollo real estate – a partner of the NAI apollo group. The number of contracts increased year-on-year by 24.2 % to 164. "Total space take-up by tenants and owner-occupiers amounted to 124,500 sqm, and represented the best start to a year since 2012," said Radomir Vasilijevic, Head of Office & Retail Letting at NAI apollo real estate. Compared to the already very good performance in the first three months of 2016, the first quarter of 2017 again recorded a slight increase of 4.0 %.

The current occupant of the building is a climbing and bouldering centre under a long-term tenancy agreement.
Frankfurt am Main, 29.03.2017 – NAI apollo group, the owner-managed real estate consultancy network, advised Kögler GmbH on the signing of a lease for new premises in Friedberg, Hesse. Kögler, a long-established company that is one of the largest Ford dealers in Germany, is moving most of its 2,000 new cars to the property at 60, Schwalheimer Straße in the Friedberg industrial zone with effect from 1 March 2017. In future, the dealer will use a 7,800-sqm hall space as well as an open area encompassing 20,000 sqm. The landlord is Wetterauer Getränke GmbH + Co. KG.
