The agency advised on the sale of an approximately 11,000-sqm facility at 65 Dornhofstraße to Chip 1 Exchange GmbH, which is a globally active vendor of electronic components. The acquisition of the new premises will enable the company to merge its formerly separate sites in Langen und Neu-Isenburg into a single location.
Frankfurt am Main, 27.01.2017 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy network NAI apollo group assisted Anadolu Meat & Food GmbH in securing new commercial premises at 70, Moselstraße in Hanau. Frankfurt am Main, 06.01.2017 – According to an analysis by owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo, the investment market for residential portfolios in Germany closed 2016 with a strong fourth quarter when sales reached about €6.0 billion. "The final quarter has thus contributed almost as much to the total investment volume as the first three quarters combined, which generated total sales of €7.9 billion," noted Dr. Konrad Kanzler, Head of Research at the NAI apollo group. In the year as a whole, the total value of transactions amounted to €13.9 billion. Although this was 41.9 % below the previous year's level (€23.9 billion), it still exceeded the 2014 figure (€13.1 billion).

Frankfurt am Main, 03.01.2017 – Business remained brisk on the Frankfurt market for office space (including Eschborn and Offenbach-Kaiserlei) in the final quarter of 2016. According to the latest analysis by real estate consultancy network NAI apollo group, a large number of contract signings took place during this period and thus ensured that take-up growth exceeded the positive results from the previous quarters. "Space take-up by tenants and owner-occupiers amounted to 193,700 sqm in the last three months of 2016. Compared to the previous year, this represents an increase of 79,200 sqm or 69.2 %," according to Radomir Vasilijevic, Head of Office & Retail Letting at NAI apollo group. Total office space take-up in 2016 as a whole reached 540,900 sqm, which was not only 37.3 % higher than the previous year's level of 394,000 sqm but also constituted the best result since 2007 (547,000 sqm).
