Frankfurt am Main, 25.01.2018 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – brokered a lease contract between the tenant MSG Frucht GmbH and the landlord, project developer Fäth Immobilien, for a logistics property with a usable area of 5,000 sqm, located on the former US military air base in Erlensee. NAI apollo was awarded the exclusive mandate for the letting of a usable area of about 24,000 sqm in the premises, called "Am Fliegerhorst 1304". More than 7,000 sqm of the total area has already been let.
Frankfurt am Main, 24.01.2018 – In 2017, space take-up by tenants and owner-occupiers on the market for warehouse and logistics space in the Rhine-Main area reached about 769,000 sqm. According to an analysis by owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – this result not only surpassed the 700,000-sqm threshold for the second time but also exceeded the 2014 record figure by 16,000 sqm.

NAI apollo healthcare also intends to improve market transparency for investors and operators in Germany through the use of a database that includes nursing homes and healthcare facilities throughout Germany. Target customers of the new consultancy include property buyers and sellers, operators, and developers.
Frankfurt am Main, 09.01.2018 – According to the latest analysis from owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group, the transaction market for residential property portfolios ended 2017 on a high note. Around €5.1 billion was transacted in the final quarter, which also represented the strongest quarter of the year and helped boost the annual transaction volume to over €15.7 billion. In a 10-year comparison, 2017 is ranked second after the record year in 2015 when the transaction volume reached €23.9 billion. Last year's result also exceeded the 2016 figure by 12.9 %.
Frankfurt am Main, 08.01.2018 – In the fourth quarter of 2017, the Frankfurt office lettings market including Eschborn and Offenbach-Kaiserlei again outperformed the very positive development of the previous quarters. According to the report, space take-up by owners and tenants amounted to 279,400 sqm in the last three months of the year, rising 50 % above the third-quarter result. For 2017 as a whole, total space take-up reached a very high level of 711,600 sqm.

NAI apollo acted as the agent in the transaction. The supplier of generic drugs has taken on a 1,065-sqm unit in the Artemis office block at 139, Hanauer Landstraße. Artemis forms part of a building complex that combines refurbished industrial design with modern office architecture. The landlord was advised by the Frankfurt branch of Barings Real Estate Advisers GmbH.

The buyer of the property, which includes about 20,200 sqm of rental space, is SynVest Fund Management BV for the SynVest German Real Estate Fund.

Space take-up by tenants and owner-occupiers amounted to about 214,000 sqm in the last three months and represents one of the best quarterly results since owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – began compiling data. Total space take-up in the first nine months of 2017 amounted to about 583,000 sqm – some 68,000 sqm more than in the corresponding period of the previous year.
