Munich, 26.04.2018 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – negotiated the lease of a 700-sqm commercial unit situated opposite the Viktualienmarkt (central food market) in Munich for the fitness studio chain PRIME TIME FITNESS GmbH. The company’s new fitness studio will open for business in autumn 2018. The privately owned property is a listed residential and commercial building constructed in 1908.
Frankfurt am Main, 25.04.2018 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – has arranged the letting of a commercial property in Frankfurt-Preungesheim to Eco-Kart GmbH. A private landlord is building a hall with 2,500 sqm gross floor space at 31, August-Schanz-Straße, and the go-kart operator is expected to move into the premises during August 2018.

Frankfurt am Main, 23.04.2018 – The market for warehouse and logistics space in the Rhine-Main area has made a good start to the year, according to the latest report from owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group. Space take-up by tenants and owner-occupiers amounted to about 167,000 sqm in the first three months, exceeding the previous year’s result by 45.6 % (Q1 2017: 115,000 sqm). However, this was still below the volume of almost 200,000 sqm that was recorded in the first quarter of 2016.
Frankfurt am Main, 17.04.2018 – Richter + Frenzel GmbH + Co. KG, one of the leading wholesalers inthe sanitary, building services and civil engineering product segments, has extended its lease contract for premises at 7-9, Robert-Bosch-Straße in Dietzenbach by a further 15 years. The asset management division of owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of NAI apollo group – was responsible for brokering the extension of the contract for the space, which comprises about 1,200-sqm of storage and approx. 200-sqm of office space. In addition, a new commercial hall with approx. 930 sqm is being constructed on the site under the overall direction of apollo real estate management GmbH. Once completed, the new building will be used as a show room by Richter+Frenzel.

Frankfurt am Main, 05.04.2018 – According to the latest analysis by owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – the residential portfolio investment market in Germany has maintained the strong momentum that was already evident at the end of 2017. In the first quarter of 2018, the transaction volume increased by as much as 86.6 % to about €6.9 billion compared to the same period of the previous year (2017: €3.7 billion). This therefore marks the best start to a year since the record result in 2015. A total of 47,900 residential units changed hands (Q1 2017: 27,700).

Frankfurt am Main, 03.04.2018 – The Frankfurt market for office space including Eschborn and Offenbach-Kaiserlei exceeded the previous year’s result by a considerable margin in the first quarter of 2018, according to the latest analysis by owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group. This is reflected by an increase in the number of lease contract signings and a higher take-up volume. In the first three months of 2018, the number of contracts stood at 178 — which is 8.5 % higher than the already good result of the previous year (Q1 2017: 164). Compared to the first quarter of 2017, space take-up by tenants and owner-occupiers grew 9.9 % to 136,800 sqm and represents one of the best first quarters since the turn of the century. The result is also 41.1 % above the average for the past five years (Q1 2013 – Q1 2017: 96,900 sqm per quarter). “The excellent start to the year was influenced by the general market recovery, but especially by the strong growth in lettings of small and medium-sized spaces,” said Radomir Vasilijevic, Head of Office & Retail Letting at NAI apollo.
Frankfurt am Main, 21.03.2018 – Owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – has secured new premises for Burton Sportartikel GmbH at 10-12 Münchener Frauenstraße. The market leader in the field of snowboard products will in future operate a showroom with adjoining shop and office space in the mixed-use building. The opening is scheduled for early 2018. The landlord of the rented space is a private owner.
Frankfurt am Main, 23.02.2018 – In the past nine months, owner-managed real estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – brokered the sale of ten office and residential properties in the Rhine-Main region alone, with a total value of about €600 million. The office properties accounted for approx. €510 million of the overall volume and residential units for the remaining €90 million. About 90 % of the deals took place in the Frankfurt am Main city area. Many of the buyers have an international background, and French, US and Israeli investors were particularly active in the city on the river Main.
Frankfurt am Main, 14.02.2018 – Regus, the world market leader in flexible office space, is leasing an additional 1,500 sqm of office space in Frankfurt am Main's ‘Opera Tower' (Opernturm). Owner-managed retail estate consultancy NAI apollo – partner of the NAI apollo group – negotiated the 10-year lease to seal the deal. Regus already occupies around 1,500 sqm in the Opera Tower and provides office space that can be used in a flexible manner under the brand Excellent Business Center. It plans to take over the new space on the 24th floor from April 2018, thereby doubling its capacity of well-appointed office space that is also immediately available.
